The UBports Foundation collects the following data:

The UBports Foundation will keep personal data relating to order data for a period of 10 years as mandated by German tax law. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by remove it from our servers. The UBports Foundation will keep website visitor information for a period of 2 years after which it will be removed by an automated process.
Marketing
The UBports Foundation would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might be interested in. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop the UBports Foundation from contacting you for marketing purposes.
