This includes the websites ubports.com and ubuntu-touch.io.  This privacy policy will explain how the UBports Foundation uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website(s). What data do we collect?

The UBports Foundation collects the following data:


    • When you use our webshop we collect the following personal identification information (Name, email address, address, zipcode, credit         card number or other payment method

    • When you visit one of our websites we collect your IP address, date and time of your visit and the page(s) you visited.



How do we collect your data?

You directly provide the UBports Foundation with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:


    • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.


    • Voluntarily complete a registration, customer survey, contest or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

How do we store your data?

We take all the necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from loss and misuse. Your data is stored on servers located in a data center in the Netherlands in a secure operating environment. This location is not accessible to the general public. The UBports Foundation will keep personal data relating to order data for a period of 10 years as mandated by German tax law. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by remove it from our servers. The UBports Foundation will keep website visitor information for a period of 2 years after which it will be removed by an automated process.



Marketing

The UBports Foundation would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might be interested in. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop the UBports Foundation from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes you can unsubscribe at any moment by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every marketing email we send.
