Introduction
The governance of an organization describes all bodies of the organization and how they interact. Also it tells people about the documents that lay at its foundation, the statutes. Statutes are, similar to, for example, the declaration of independence of the USA, a document laying the groundwork for an organization like the UBports foundation.
